1. Scope of Services
House of the Priestess provides spiritual coaching, energy healing, meditation guidance, intuitive tarot readings, initiations, mentorship, workshops, and retreats. These services are intended for personal growth, energetic balance, and spiritual development only.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
The Practitioner is not a licensed medical or mental health professional and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any condition.
All services are offered as holistic, educational, and spiritual experiences.

2. Client Responsibility and Acknowledgement
By booking or participating, the Client acknowledges that:
• All participation is voluntary and at their own risk.
• The Client is fully responsible for their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing before, during, and after participation.
• Deep energetic or emotional releases may occur, and the Client agrees to seek appropriate professional support if necessary.
• The Client affirms that they are in suitable condition to participate and release the Practitioner from any obligation of medical or psychological oversight.
• The Client assumes full responsibility for their personal safety, choices, and wellbeing at all times.

3. Waiver of Liability
The Client hereby fully releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless House of the Priestess, Audrey Pernin, and any assistants, collaborators, or venue operators from all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in any session, workshop, or retreat.
This includes, without limitation:
• Any physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual injury;
• Any worsening of an existing condition;
• Any accident, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after participation;
• Any self-inflicted harm, suicide, or death, regardless of timing or circumstances;
• Any misinterpretation or misuse of information or guidance provided.
This waiver applies whether caused by negligence, accident, or otherwise, and remains valid for all future participation.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
All payments made to House of the Priestess are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to: illness, injury, travel disruptions, dissatisfaction, or personal emergencies.
• Individual sessions: may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows result in full forfeiture.
• Workshops, group sessions, and retreats: are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
House of the Priestess reserves the right to reschedule or modify sessions and events; alternative dates or credits may be offered, but no monetary refund will be provided.

5. Code of Conduct
Clients agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward the Practitioner, other participants, and the sacred nature of the work.
Immediate termination of participation (without refund) may occur in cases of:
• Disrespectful or disruptive behavior;
• Drug or alcohol use before or during participation;
• Breach of confidentiality or group safety;
• Any conduct endangering self or others.
The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at their discretion.

6. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party except as required by Swiss law or in cases of imminent harm to self or others.

7. Limitation of Liability
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results of any service, event, or retreat.
All offerings are provided as spiritual and energetic facilitation only.
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, the total liability of House of the Priestess and Audrey Pernin shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service concerned.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel, Switzerland.
